I also have the problem that recaptcha.css is referenced via HTTP instead of HTTPS in this line:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://domain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-recaptcha/recaptcha.css" />

I would love to see this fixed.
